The current Typhoon “Kammuri”also known as Tisoy hits Philippines with a wind speed of 140-170 kph in average.

Storm surges come as the typhoon heavily affects some provinces in Bicol Region, Samar, Calabarzon, Eastern and Central Luzon, Metro Manila, MIMAROPA and places near Albay and Camarines as they were damaged too much.

The said typhoon entered Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) lately last November 30, 2019.

It strikes first in Sorsogon 11pm last December 3 as it’s already battering as the region of Bicol then.

It was devastating in the time the typhoon went over these regions and storm surges came quickly as they expected.

Hundreds of families were homeless after the typhoon as their properties are heavily damaged.

The typhoon moves away from PAR yet there are still sudden strong winds and tropical cyclone signals.
